"In January I was desperate to have my floors fixed due to a weakened subfloor that eventually caved in about 3-4 spots in my house. I even fell through the hallway floor up to my hips. Charles had a crew there in days. Just enough time for me to move everything to one end of the house. The staff was amazing, accommodating, listened to my needs, and completed the job in amazing time. When my fridge wouldn't fit due to additional height to the kitchen floor, Charles came by and fix it for me while I was in a meeting.
